OUR SPECIALIZATIONS
STRAIGHTENING
Do you experience vibrations in the steering wheel or the car? This is often caused by a bend or dent in the wheel. We make sure your rims are straight and round again, so you can drive safely and comfortably.
With our machines, we can precisely detect where the bend or dent is. The rim is then repaired using a combination of advanced equipment and the craftsmanship of our technicians. Straightening rims is, after all, a specialization in itself within our company.
Polished Rims (Diamond Cut CNC)
Damage from curbs or corrosion? We repair your rim with a computer-controlled CNC machine and then apply a new gel coating.
Our experienced operators ensure that the machine is set up so the rim gets the correct grooves and the edge is finished as close to the original as possible. This requires considerable craftsmanship and know-how.
The result? A finish that looks as good as new.
FTM Polished Rims
FTM polished rims are aluminum rims that are polished so intensively that they achieve a uniform and even shine, almost like chrome. When we receive these rims, we first remove any damage, after which the rim is machine-polished in several steps to restore the original shine.
It is important to note that we only apply this high-quality finish to rims that were originally treated in this way, for example from exclusive brands such as Bentley or Rolls-Royce.
Fully Colored Rims
Damage or curb rash? We professionally repair your colored rims and make sure they look like new again.
If your rims have a “special” color, we may ask you to provide a sample rim. This allows us to match the color as accurately as possible and ensure the repaired rim blends seamlessly with the other rims on your vehicle.
Powder Coating Rims
Would you like to change the color of your rims or remove corrosion? We chemically strip the old coating and apply a scratch-resistant powder coat for a durable and smooth finish.
Any corrosion is removed, and since the entire rim receives a full “coat” of powder coating, the chance of the corrosion returning is negligible.
2- and 3-Piece Rims
We disassemble the rims and bolts, polish the edges, restore or replace the bolts, and paint the center of the rim in the color of your choice. After this, your rims are reassembled with the utmost precision.
These rims must always dry for 24 hours first, after which we check them for airtightness. The result is a rim that looks as good as new.

Registering Repairs
As a professional client, you can easily register repairs via our online portal. Here, you can add internal references for invoicing, remarks, and photos if needed. This helps you quickly and efficiently register rims for collection.
As a B2B client, request your personal login via our contact form.
Transport and Logistics
We collect and deliver your wheels directly to your workshop. You don’t need to dismount the tires or clean the wheels — just give us a call, and we’ll take care of the rest. For each pickup/delivery, we charge one fixed transport fee, regardless of the number of rims.
Invoicing and References
For professional clients, we request a work order or reference with each job. This simplifies invoicing and ensures smooth administration for both your and our accounting.
Thorough Inspection and Repairs
Each rim that comes in receives a unique code and is carefully inspected for straightness.
If we detect any issue that may affect the initial quotation — such as straightening work, cracks, oxidation, adhesion problems, or previous repairs — this will first be discussed with the client.
Balancing with Hunter Roadforce
You don’t need to remove the tires — just leave them on the rims, or provide the new tires that need to be mounted. After the repair, we remount and balance them using the Hunter Roadforce balancing machine. This advanced machine, also used by premium car brands, simulates a “rolling road” and guarantees an optimal result.
High-end car models are particularly sensitive to precise balancing. That’s why we work exclusively with the most advanced equipment available today.
